We called for service and was thrilled to learn that they would be able to send a technician out the same day. The technician arrived earlier than expected and notified us when he was on his way. He was so professional, incredibly knowledgeable and nice and was able to resolve our issue promptly. Your company employees show up on time, they are well mannered and trustworthy as well. They are quick and to the point and I don't feel any distrust in what they tell me is wrong. Checked over the system to find biological growth within the air handler. The system is r22 and 17 years old. Recommend having it replaced before Offered 12 months no int financing.
Annual ac tuneup and cleaning. I checked refrigerant pressures and static pressure. I checked all amp draws. I checked capacitor and contactor. I waxed outdoor unit and cleaned both coils. I flushed drainline then treated with drainsolve. Then flushed multiple times with water. I did not find any issues at this.
From prior service, checked ducting for sweating and or dampness, noted all prior ducting that was sweating (except 1) are now dry, added strapping to several ducts adjacent the supply plenum (especially the sweating one) to allow best attic air circulation and to separate ducting from "touching" each other
located several supply ducts in attic which are sweating Sealed hole behind wall controller and made some minor changes to air speed Recheck ducting in 2 weeks on a RS for the Tune Up

Found blower luckily stuck in on position at moment no matter if there is a call for heat , cool , or off. Need new motor and module. Possibly has a part warranty. Not one of our installations. Note has heating at this time also customer to be billed
Replaced 5 kw heat package with broken terminal block. Restarted and tested cooling.
Need to return with correct heater sticker and unit 1 and 2 labels for inside and out
Upon arrival the humidity was higher than set point for cool. The overcool function was disabled but fan would kick on to dehumidify but no compresser so fan only blowing wascausing humidity to rise. I explained to homeowner that system will cool 2 degrees below set point. I all went to condenser and the unit was very loud and vibrating. The blade looked as if it was out of balance. I ordered new blade and motor in case motor is damaged as well.
16 SEER 10 YEAR PARTS AND 1 YEAR LABOR
Found the system a little low on r22. Adjusted the superheated from 31 to 14degrees. 64 degrees coming from the supply vent. Vacuumed the drain system. No charge. Customer is having a new system installed on 9/30/2020
